HEALING THROUGH ENERGY

Sylvia is a Chicana Reiki teacher and practitioner whose life has been dedicated to helping others heal and grow.         

Her diverse background includes massage therapy, medical assisting, training in family counseling,  and most recently, sexuality coaching. She has organized meditation circles, initiated Reiki services in an urban healthcare setting, and has volunteered extensively as a former member of the Chicago Healing Justice Network.     

All of these elements contribute to her work, but her heart belongs to REIKI- an entirely safe, gentle, yet powerful therapeutic force, which calms the mind and body and restores the spirit. Because often, there is something else needed for the pain we tolerate, or the anxiety and exhaustion we just can’t seem to get past. Something that will naturally go to the heart of the matter.

She has been honored to be able to use this healing gift for over 20 years, to help people from all walks of life, and is happy that you might come to know and use it, too.
